Energy Audits - Buildings:
Sydney Opera House: A detailed energy audit which included electrical load surveys, (demand tariff and process heating tariff), gas usage and water usage. Aspects studied, measured and reported upon throughout the complex included electrical demand, electrical demand management, tariff options, lighting, lighting controls, air-conditioning systems including fan coil units and existing computerised building management system, hot water system (including existing heat recovery system) - energy and water consumption, motor drives (flat belt technology), pumps, kitchen equipment, and identification of energy cost reduction projects with accompanying financial analyses. Study included on-site measurements of conditions and on-site field testing of equipment.

UBS Warburg - Sydney (Governor Macquarie Tower) and Melbourne (Stock Exchange Building):
Detailed energy audits with recommendations for improved energy efficiency in preparation for ISO14001 accreditation. Energy audits included an electricity usage analysis, performance indicators, lighting, power use, computers and building owners' approach to operations to ensure minimal energy use and greenhouse gas emissions. This project was taken as part of a consulting team headed by Molino Stewart Pty. Ltd. A link to their web site may be found on the Clients page.
